NASHVILLE, September 13, 2022 – Two members of the management team at Everest Ice and Water Systems have been named honorees in Automatic Merchandiser’s 40 Under 40 Awards for 2022. These awards highlight innovative leaders within the convenience and vending industry. 
Automatic Merchandiser recognized Dan Doromal, Co-Owner and Director of Operations and Service, and Gilbert Ramirez Jr., Marketing Manager at Everest. Both have made significant contributions to the company that have led to impressive results including, but not limited to, a 1,934% increase in online presence and 137% increase in revenue from 2020 to 2021.

The company has been recognized in several reputable and influential local, regional, and national awards. These awards include, but are not limited to, Automatic Merchandiser’s 2021 Pros to Know Awards, the 2022 Orlando Inno Fire Awards, GrowFL’s 12th Annual “Florida Companies to Watch” Awards, and ranking for two consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country.

Everest’s growth has been explosive over the past two years, from workforce and facilities to sales and revenue. Since the beginning of 2021, the company has expanded its workforce by 183% and increased its facilities by 300%. With several weeks left in the year, Everest has already far surpassed its annual sales goal, selling 143% more machines in 2022 so far than in all of 2021.  

To qualify for the award, candidates had to be 39 years old or younger as of June 30, 2022 and working in the vending, micro market, or office coffee fields.
