We are currently recruiting proven and ambitious sales achievers with at least five years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on inbound sales and capital equipment. As we continue to expand, we are seeking highly-motivated individuals who want to work in a fast-paced environment and make a difference.

Everest sells equipment directly to our customers. Our customers consist of entrepreneurs, Franchise seekers, and chain businesses such as Convenience, Grocery, Hardware, or Car Wash owners. We sell exclusively via phone from our office in Apopka, FL, and assist our customers from initial contact through equipment install. Our sales team is responsible for both company generated inbound inquiries interested in learning about our company and our equipment as well as self-generating sales through their own efforts.

The Equipment & Market Specialist is responsible for maintaining established accounts and securing new accounts. You will act as liaison with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, and Service Departments) to make sure your customer is satisfied from the initial sale through manufacturing, shipping, install, and post-sale service.   • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong phone skills required.
  • Experience in selling capital equipment is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
  • Must be able to effectively present and close sales in a remote environment, including formalizing contracts and negotiating price points, when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are a must.

Inside service tech

Support

Inside Ice Vending Service Technicians communicate with end users and field technicians directly, providing excellent customer support over the phone and via email to assist in repairs on warranty and non-warranty vending equipment. Inside Vending Service Technicians work closely with manufacturers and field technicians to recommend engineering changes and document equipment and component failure rates. This role is located in our office in Winter Garden, FL and requires occasional travel or on-site equipment repair.   • Field a high volume of calls on ice vending equipment with over-the-phone diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and solutions in a professional and friendly manner
  • Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain customer call information in company database to better assist customer with future inquiries
  • Communicate and adhere to manufacturer partner warranty policy
  • Receive incoming calls from field technicians and provide diagnostic support on client products
  • Accept and handle escalated technical/diagnostic calls from sales reps and account coordinators
  • Respond to customer and field technicians emails of a technical nature
  • Communicate to clients for approvals, diagnostic results, and shipping inquiries
  • Document support on warranty service calls in a tracking database
  • Support customers with identifying and reordering parts
  • Work closely with national service providers and individual service companies to provide product information and support
  • Complete status updates on service call completion
  • Report to technical management common issues identified from service partners for escalation

  • High school education or equivalent is required
  • 1+ years of experience in refrigeration, electric appliances, vending machines or HVAC is preferred

Production and Assembly Technicians will perform a wide range of skills including: Assemble, fit and mount sub-assemblies, components, and standard fixed assemblies in electrical control equipment. Perform assembly required for test preparation and final inspection. Use established power checking procedures and equipment to verify the electrical/mechanical integrity of units assembled. This role is located in our office in Apopka, FL, and may require occasional travel or on-site equipment repair.   • Demonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, controlled documentation, and processes such as layout drawings, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures/work instructions; schematics, engineering drawings, and parts list.
  • Assemble, repair, inspection, reassembly, testing, replacing, refitting, and adjusting products as required.
  • Diagnose problems and implement preventative measures to reduce the need for rework.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues for assemblies that fail to pass testing.
  • Provides technical support and solutions to problems.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and thoroughly maintained workspace.
  • Ensure product quality and conformance to design requirements.
  • Strong safety work ethic – recognizes the importance of properly handling hazardous materials, chemicals, tools, etc.

We are seeking an eager marketing professional to assist our dynamic sales and marketing firm to passionately promote the companies that we represent on a regional and national level.

  • Work closely with strategic team to conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns that drive awareness, brand perception, and customer acquisition across social media channels
  • Manage our social media presence for various brands on FB, Twitter, Instagram and other communities
  • Monitor our social data via a social media analytics dashboard and track unusual activity. (Could also summarize results, and use data to optimize campaign performance)

  • Utilize different software applications to obtain, verify and accurately capture customer related information
  • Place calls to inactive customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
  • Influences customer to use our products and services by welling the benefits of the products. Use appropriate counter statements to directly overcome any initial objections realized
  • Complete appointments setting process by gathering the necessary customer related documentation, along with establishing the store location, time, and date of the appointment being set
  • Follow established call scripting for successful outbound and inbound call attempts consistently. Proved feedback to leadership team in call outcomes and propose best practice recommendations for future improvements.
  • Communicate to the store locations the appointment related information being established from the appointment setting call made
  • Secure information by completing call verification processes for inbound and outbound call attempts
  • Provide the customer with cross selling options across our product suite that best matches our customer’s preferences
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
